چکیده
Vanillin, which is principal aroma constituent of the beans obtained from vanilla orchids, one most demanded flavoring agents in world. Because insufficient supply natural vanillin, market demand usually supplied by synthetic ones. Taking into consideration consumer trends, interest to products are rising day instead counterparts. In this study, it was investigated possibility usage biphasic system bioconversion process isoeugenol vanillin Pseudomonas putida (HUT 8100) culture. Organic phase composed as sole carbon source medium while biocatalyst, P. culture, dispersed inorganic phase. Incubation performed at 28 ○C, pH 6.3 and 180 rpm shaking. Isoeugenol amounts were simultaneously analyzed HPLC 270 nm. has low solubility water tested concentrations ranged between 5-60% (w/w) compose system. various initial substrate concentrations, reached highest level containing 40% after 120 h. specified conditions, consumption production following periodically for 17 days. According results, determined that 11.95 g L-1 produced with 6.2% molar yield end 15 days bioconversion. It thought that, result using very important industrial applications via

a bioconversion process using a novel isolated strain of pseudomonas sp. ispc2 to produce natural vanillin from isoeugenol
vanillin is undoubtedly one of the most popular and widely used flavoring agents in the world. natural vanillin is extracted from vanilla beans and is relatively expensive. moreover, the consumer demand for natural vanillin highly exceeds the amount of vanillin extracted by plant sources. this had led to the investigation of alternative routes for its production such as microbial bioconversion....
متن کاملCharacterization of an isoeugenol monooxygenase (Iem) from Pseudomonas nitroreducens Jin1 that transforms isoeugenol to vanillin.
The isoeugenol monooxygenase (iem) gene from Pseudomonas nitroreducens Jin1, responsible for the conversion of isoeugenol to vanillin, was cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coli. The purified Iem had a predicted molecular mass of 54 kDa. The V(max), K(M), and k(cat) values for it, using isoeugenol as substrate, were 4.2 µmol vanillin min(-1) mg(-1) of protein, 120 µM, and 3.8 s(-1), respe...
متن کاملOptimization of vanillin production using isoeugenol as substrate by Aspergillus niger I-1472
Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used in the study to optimize the production of vanillin from isoeugenol through fermentation by Aspergillus niger I-1472. Three factors were studied which include amount of isoeugenol, resin (Amberlite XAD-4) and Span 80. During fermentation, isoeugenol as substrate were vortexed with Span 80 and added into the culture on Day 4. Resin (Amberlite XAD-4) wa...
متن کاملUse of Growing Cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa for Synthesis of the Natural Vanillin via Conversion of Isoeugenol
The great demand of people for consumption of natural additives resulted in producing natural vanillin. There are plant sources and chemical procedures for vanillin production but microbial bioconversions are being sought as a suitable alternative. In the present work, the ability to produce vanillin from isoeugenol was screened using growing cultures of various bacteria. Among the 56 strains o...
